At face value, it may seem that Special Offers, Events, Rewards, and Free Gifts primarily benefit users and moderators on RedPaint. However, vendors who provide these benefits gain a measurable advantage over those who do not.

ATTRACT ATTENTION - GET THE ICONS

Special Offers and Events are the cornerstone of the RedPaint app, driving customer interest consistently. Additionally, Rewards and Free Gifts capture user attention and engagement. Users accumulate Loyalty Points by sharing these attributes with friends across platforms, eager to redeem them for rewards from vendors.

So how do users identify vendors offering these benefits? Through icons. RedPaint employs a simple icon system to convey this information quickly. For instance, the profile image of a vendor on screens displays icons indicating current Special Offers and Events (bottom-right), and the availability of rewards, and free gifts (top-left) associated with the event.

Vendors without active Special Offers or Events (boosted via push notifications) become less visible in the app. To optimize visibility and ranking, it's advisable for vendors to consistently run Special Offers and Events, and maintain a high Red Bean balance in their account. Red Beans (Credits) is the virtual currency in the RedPaint ecosystem.

Listings and search results prioritize vendors with the highest ranking, calculated by the system based on their offerings and Red Bean balance. Vendors with more Special Offers, Events, Rewards, Gifts, and Red Beans appear higher in listings and search results, maximizing visibility and engagement.
