Let us first look at Vendors and what they do on RedPaint in order to understand why Moderators are required. Vendors are owners of businesses who wish to promote their special offers and events to users on RedPaint. They also offer rewards and free gifts. When Vendors upload such special offers, events, gifts and rewards, it needs to be moderated to maintain and uphold a high standard of ethics and the integrity of our app. This is where the function of a Moderator is required. The Moderator will moderate all information uploaded by a Vendor according to the criteria noted in the Moderator Agreement. When Vendors run campaigns - broadcasting their special offers and events on RedPaint - they pay RedPaint for that service. The Moderator will then earn commission on the income RedPaint generates from the Vendors that are moderated by the Moderator.

Moderating Vendor information is quick and easy. It is not a time consuming process and Moderators can earn a great income by spending as little as half an hour a day moderating. Moderators are provided with a very comprehensive reporting system, enabling them to monitor and keep track of all their earnings.

So how does a User become a Moderator? On the Menu of the RedPaint app, the User can tap the "Make Money" image and will then be guided through a quick and easy, step-by-step application procedure, in order to become a Moderator. There is no test to pass, however, in order to become a Moderator you must agree to our Moderators Agreement and qualify by the following criteria:

1. AGE:  You must be above the age of 18 years.

2. EDUCATION: You must at least have an education of a Senior Certificate or higher. Have your document of proof available for uploading when you apply (.pdf or .jpg) or to take a picture with your phone.

3. LANGUAGE: You must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).

4. CITIZENSHIP:  You must be a citizen of the country in which you reside and be in possession of a legal social security or ID document. Again, keep this document handy when you start your application.

5. NO CRIMINAL RECORD:  You must not have any criminal record.

6. BANK ACCOUNT:  You must have a bank account. This is for the purpose of making payment of commission to you. Keep a bank letter as proof of your account ready to upload when you apply.

7. EQUIPMENT:  You must be in possession of a smart phone (iPhone OR Android) and connected to a mobile network.

RECRUITING VENDORS:  Once you are approved as a Moderator, you can start inviting Vendors (businesses) to join RedPaint. All such Vendors will be allocated to you to be moderated and thus you will earn commission on all their expenditure with RedPaint.
